NOTICE OF CH. 11 BANKRUPTCY
On April 29, 2024, St. Christopher’s, Inc. and The McQuade Foundation each commenced cases under Subchapter V of Chapter 11 of the United States Code by filing voluntary petitions for relief with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York under Case Nos. 24-22373 and 24-22374.
The Court has set a general bar date for filing claims against St. Christopher’s, Inc. and The McQuade Foundation of 5:00 p.m. (EST) on October 7, 2024.
